Thank you for your interest in the YTI Summer Academy Scholarship campaign. This crowdfunding campaign has ended, but you can still support the Youth Theological Initiative (YTI) Program.
The YTI Summer Academy returned in-person this summer after two years of online programming due to the pandemic. We welcomed high school students from around the world to Emory to explore their questions about God, faith, and the world. With the return of our innovative in-person program, we invite you to join us by making a gift to make the YTI experience possible for even more students in the future.
We are committed to make the Summer Academy accessible to all young people, regardless of their financial circumstances, and your gift helps make YTI a possibility for all! You can also help us spread the word about what YTI means to you by sharing our link by email, Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn: http://momentum.emory.edu/YTI2022.
Your gift today makes YTI available for young people committed to creating a better world.
You did it! Congratulations! Together we have yet again surpassed our dollar goal for our summer YTI Momentum crowdfunding campaign. Thank you! Your generosity continues to make a difference for the Youth Theological Initiative and our scholars. We are very grateful! YTI Director, Beth Corrie, has added her $10 match for each unique donor to our campaign, which brings our total to $6,850.
Thank you for another great year!
The YTI Team
On Saturday, we said good-bye to the 2019 class of scholars. As you can imagine, we are exhausted yet invigorated.
Thanks to all who have supported us during our journey! As the YTI staff and scholars spend this week figuring out how they will share what they’ve learned in their home communities, you can help us get to the finish line with our campaign.
We’re excited to say that we hit our dollar goal, but we still have a ways to go to reach our goal of 100 unique donors. In just a few days, at the close of the campaign, an additional $10 will be added for every unique donor, up to $1,000! Let’s finish strong by sharing our link, momentum.emory.edu/YTI2019, via Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn!
Additionally, please see the below video from some of our scholars as they say why YTI is valuable to them.
We are halfway through our YTI Summer Academy experience, and halfway through our crowdfunding campaign. Thanks for your generosity!
Check out the video, below, from Beth Corrie.
Help us keep the momentum going by continuing to share our effort with your personal networks via Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Thank you.
We have started our journey of exploring what it means to be a public theologian. Emily Lawitz, a 2018 scholar from Texas said, “The YTI experience taught me how to approach race issues in a theological way and enhanced my passion for theology and worship. I’m grateful for the opportunity to make friends who are passionate about the same things as me and who help me think outside my comfort zone. Your support of YTI helps make this amazing experience possible for me and other scholars. Thank you!”
Enjoy our video below, and please continue to spread the word about our Momentum crowdfunding effort via Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to help us reach our goal!
Greetings from YTI Central! The staff are now arriving, and we are excited to welcome a new cohort to the Summer Academy! This year our goal is to raise $5,600 to help fund future scholars to participate in the YTI program. Your support provides immediate impact for the youth by subsidizing the overall cost of YTI. Thanks to all who have helped make YTI possible!
Please ask others to join in supporting YTI by sharing on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Thank you!
