Thank you for your interest in helping the Emory DPT Service Trip to Jamaica. Even though the crowdfunding campaign has ended, you can still support this group by making a gift today!
On behalf of the Emory DPT Service Learning Trip to Jamaica, we want to thank each and every one of you for your generous contributions throughout this fundraising campaign. We couldn’t have done it without you!
Your support has made it possible for us to purchase needed medical equipment including wheelchairs, crutches, sliding boards to help with transfers, wheelchair cushions, and bedside commodes, which will be used to improve quality of life and function for survivors of stroke and other neurological diseases.
We will be departing for Jamaica in just four days and are thrilled to have the opportunity to share our skills and services with the community of St. Elizabeth Parish. We can’t wait to continue to share this journey with you.
Sincerely,
Melissa McCune 20A

Please help us serve the community of St. Elizabeth Parish, Jamaica in the best way possible by sharing our campaign on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or by email (http://momentum.emory.edu/DPTJamaica) to increase our impact and experience.

Thank you all for your generous contributions to support Emory’s DPT Service Trip to Jamaica. In just under 4 weeks, we have reached our goal of $8,500!
We feel confident in our ability to fully serve the needs of the St. Elizabeth Parish community and bring movement back into the lives of stroke survivors and those living with other neurological conditions. However, we still have just over a week left in our campaign! Additional funds will ensure participants are getting even more of the medical treatment and home equipment they may need and will help the team with any additional in-country travel costs.
We ask that you please share our campaign on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or by email (http://momentum.emory.edu/DPTJamaica) to help us increase our impact and experience.
We will be leaving for Jamaica in a little over 2 weeks and cannot wait to share updates with you about our progress.
Thank you,
Melissa
Thank you for all of your generous contributions since the launch of our Momentum page earlier this month! We are amazed by all of the support and are so excited for the opportunity to work with survivors of stroke and other neurological conditions in the St. Elizabeth Parish community. We are thrilled that this program has proved sustainable over the past 9+ years and look forward to continuing to build our 9+ year relationship with the ForU rehabilitation clinic.
Thank you for contributing, but we are not done yet and still need your help! Please continue to share our link, https://momentum.emory.edu/DPTJamaica, with your family and friends and post to Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to further support our campaign!
Sincerely,
Melissa McCune 20A
