Join Emory’s efforts to address the needs of students, faculty, and staff who are experiencing financial challenges as a direct result of COVID-19.
The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted lives significantly—and as a result it has created unexpected emergency expenses for students, faculty, and staff, including:
- restricting the ability of some to travel home
- limiting income from hourly jobs or work-study positions
- creating food insecurity
- producing additional medical expenses
- generating unforeseen child care needs
- introducing unexpected housing burdens
- affecting other unforeseen challenges
By helping meet their most pressing and immediate needs, the Emory Together Fund can give members of the Emory community the ability to overcome the difficult obstacles presented by COVID-19.
The impact of your gift
Because of a $50,000 matching challenge from an anonymous donor to inspire others to pitch in, the impact of your gift to the Emory Together Fund will be doubled.
With your support, the committee that administers this fund can act quickly to fulfill even more requests.
In the long-term, the Emory Together Fund shall continue to provide emergency financial assistance to students, faculty, and staff of Emory University.
