Thank you for your interest in the Help Black Voices Strengthen the Emory Community Momentum campaign. Even though this campaign has ended, you can still support the Black Student Alliance by making a gift here, today!
Emory’s Black Student Alliance (BSA) is an organization that encourages diversity, advancement, and leadership on campus. We curate programs that educate and strengthen the Black Community. Last year we were able to host several signature programs, such as The Welcome Back Weekend, which includes multiple days of service activities and a service event and the BSA First Year Dinner, a formal evening experience that welcomes incoming first years into Emory’s Black community and allows upperclassmen and faculty speakers to share words of wisdom.
Although we have successfully supported our community in many ways, our presence in the community this upcoming academic year is important now, more than ever. In order to strive further towards the mission of nurturing and celebrating the vast landscape of Black Identity on campus and in the metro Atlanta area, Emory’s BSA needs your support!
Your gift will ensure that we can overcome the impact that current budget limitations have placed on the quantity and quality of programs that can be offered to the Black Student Body. As an incentive to make a difference today, an anonymous donor has agreed to match the first $1,000 in student gifts made to this campaign!
Through your generosity, Emory’s BSA will be allowed the opportunity to amplify Black voices on campus and support other Black organizations as they fulfill their missions of serving the Black community at Emory.
