Giving Tuesday was created as a simple idea – a day that encourages people to do good. Your past gift to this campaign helped provide financial assistance for veterans who are students or helped grow the capacity of Emory to provide legal and health care services to veterans. Thank you for being a part of a real, tangible outcome of GOOD within the Emory community.
Ongoing support and advocacy for these funds that support veterans through Emory is still very much needed. For this reason, we hope you will renew your support again this Giving Tuesday, perhaps also in honor of the 10-year anniversary of this day of global giving back. Gifts of all sizes can help ensure that veterans and their families a valued and vital part of our community.
Click here to renew your gift to one or more of the featured funds directly impacting veterans on campus and within the community. We hope you’ll join the #GivingTuesday movement again and reimagine a world built upon shared humanity and radical generosity. Emory Momentum now accepts multiple payment options for your gift: choose from debit or credit card, PayPal, Venmo, and ApplePay (if set up on your device).

Thanks again for being a part of this global giving movement by supporting a cause you care about at Emory!
Thank you for your gift supporting veterans on campus and in the Emory community! We are grateful for your commitment to invest in veterans as students, care for veterans in the greater Atlanta metropolitan region and beyond, and train current and future health care providers to provide the very best in specialized care.
On November 11th, members of the university community came together online to honor veterans’ service and sacrifice. Emory’s 12th annual Veterans Day commemoration featured a ceremony with student-veterans and a panel discussion with alumni service members sharing their perspectives on leading through crisis. You can watch the program via Facebook here.
Tomorrow is #GivingTuesday — a global movement that powers positive change — and we hope you’ll consider sharing this campaign to help us support our nation’s heroes through Emory. By asking your network to join you in making a gift via social media or email (momentum.emory.edu/veterans), you can amplify our philanthropic impact.
Again, thank you for making veterans and their families a valued and vital part of our community.
