Honoring Terri Trotter's 31 Years of Service

The Emory Eye Center (EEC) Ophthalmology Residency Program is one of top-residency education programs in the country. Our residents are highly sought after by the top ophthalmology and academic medical centers in the nation.

Much of the program’s success is attributed to Terri Trotter, who after 31 years of service to Emory Eye Center, is retiring January 2021. As the EEC residency program coordinator, Terri is known for her unapologetic, eccentric personality and Southern flair. She is not only committed, dedicated, and devoted to the EEC residency education program, but she especially cares about the people. She pushes the residents to be their very best while gently reminding them to be mindful of their manners, in true Southern tradition.

The Impact of Your Gift

In honor of her legacy and steadfast commitment, we ask you to join us by making a donation to the EEC residency education program. Your donation will be used to support and train competent clinical and surgical ophthalmologists for many years to come.
