Earn Your Blue Tassel

Congratulations, Class of 2021! Even though your time at Emory is ending, the connections you made and the experiences you had will last a lifetime. Emory is more than an institution of higher learning. Emory is the place where you’ve grown, built friendships, effected change, and made lasting impact!

If you are able, we ask that you join nearly 150 of your graduating peers who chose to impact the lives of those who will follow in your footsteps. We encourage you to support the area at Emory that means the most to you by making a gift today.

Whether you choose to provide emergency financial assistance by supporting the Student Hardship Fund or afford a student their next nutritious meal by donating to the Food Security Fund, your gift will make a difference! Check out how your gift to one of these funds will support students by reviewing the impact statements below.

As an added thank you for your generosity, all graduating seniors who make a gift will receive a commemorative, class of 2021 Blue Tassel shipped directly to you. Please submit your preferred address here so that you can receive your tassel in a timely manner. Again, congratulations graduate!

  • Campus Life: Student Success Fund supports The Center for Student Success Programs and Services which works to assist students and their families on an ongoing basis and in times of crisis – including but not limited to meeting academic, medical, financial, and social challenges, as well as providing assistance to assault survivors.
  • Center for Creativity & Arts supports the integration of the arts into your college curriculum, campus life experience, and extra-curricular activities.
  • For some Emory students, not knowing where their next nutritious meal will come from is a real challenge. Gifts to the Food Security Fund help fight food insecurity directly within the Emory student community by providing financial assistance for students to purchase their own food during breaks, while living off campus, and during remote learning.
  • Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ODEI) – ODEI, guided by Emory's Vice Provost for Diversity and Inclusion and Chief Diversity Officer, Dr. Carol E. Henderson, creates spaces for faculty, staff, and students to work and learn in inclusive, equitable, and diverse environments where they thrive and bring their whole selves to our campus community.
  • Administered by a committee of students with oversight from the Office of Financial Aid, gifts to the Emory Student Hardship Fund provide life-changing assistance to Emory students in need due to a crisis or catastrophic event.
  • Gifts to the Business School Fund for Excellence are unrestricted and make an immediate difference by allowing the dean to address priorities like scholarships, campus improvements, research and faculty support--all of which help achieve the school’s personal approach to education.
