Thank you for your interest in the Emory Friends For MyLIFE Supports The MyLIFE Program Momentum campaign. Even though this campaign has ended, you can still support the myLIFE Program by making a gift here, today!
The Emory University myLIFE Program supports adults with an autism spectrum profile (18+ years of age). myLIFE's therapeutic social engagement groups and additional small-group and 1:1 activities create opportunities for personal growth as group members engage in meaningful communication, social interaction, and other wellness activities alongside volunteer peer mentors. The myLIFE program serves as a model of building a supportive, neurodiverse community across the Emory University campus.
Emory Friends for myLIFE is an organization on campus that brings together Emory students with peer-aged adults in the myLIFE program at the Emory Autism Center. By meeting with the members each week throughout the semester, we help them to build friendships and communication skills while also promoting inclusion and neurodiverse communities.
All proceeds raised throughout this campaign will help subsidize the cost of the myLIFE program at the Emory Autism Center, allowing members to participate at a reduced fee. Please help us raise crucial resources and awareness for this incredible program and feel free to share the email you received about this effort with friends and family!
As a special thank you to donors, the reusable tote bag shown below was made in collaboration with the myLIFE program and will be sent to any donor who gives $10 or more. We thank you in advance for your generosity and the impact you will make in the lives of others!
