Emory Women’s Basketball is preparing for their 3rd international trip as they plan to embark on a weeklong excursion through Italy in the Summer of 2022. Originally scheduled for the summer of 2020, the plans for an international trip were cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This travel abroad experience is a team tradition that occurs every 4 years and creates memories that will last a lifetime.
Emory Women’s Basketball offers a unique opportunity – travelling abroad with teammates while embracing new cultures and experiences. Because basketball is a winter sport that overlaps with both the fall and spring semester, Emory Basketball Student-Athletes miss the chance to study abroad during the academic year. Your support will provide the opportunity for all women’s basketball players to participate in the team’s international trip, regardless of personal resources.
