MBA Class of 2022,
It’s hard to believe our time at Goizueta is soon coming to an end. What a ride it’s been these past two years! I’m sure none of us envisioned having the MBA experience like the one we’ve had. Through it all, we’ve made lasting memories and are forever bonded as soon-to-be Goizueta alumni.
As we think about the next chapter, it’s time to reflect on our legacy as the class of 2022. The class gift campaign is an opportunity to support a program or cause that is meaningful to us. If there is one thing that we’ve learned at Goizueta, it’s how to be principled leaders and change business for good. Many of us moved to Atlanta and have been fortunate to experience this great city for the past two years. Therefore, it is with great pride that we have selected to support Start:ME for our Class Gift Campaign. Our goal is 100% participation from the class.
As the graduating class and as we set out on our separate paths, we should aim to leave things better for those coming after us—whether it’s Goizueta, Atlanta, or the world. Start:ME’s mission is to strengthen Atlanta’s underserved communities by empowering and supporting local entrepreneurs and working to build the local, neighborhood ecosystems required for microbusinesses to start and grow. When entrepreneurs thrive, their neighborhoods do too.
