Thank you for your interest in the Helping Farm Workers and Their Families in Moultrie, GA Momentum project. This campaign has ended, but you can still support the Lillian Carter Center for International Nursing Migrant Farmer Program by making a gift here, today!
Thank you to all of our supporters! Week 1 is off to a great start!
Students, volunteers, and faculty have been very busy providing health screenings and care. A wide variety of healthcare students from different professions, such as nursing, nurse practitioners, physical therapy, dental, and pharmacy are working together to provide care to the children at the Migrant Education Program and the farm workers at night camp.
Please share our Momentum crowdfunding page with your networks via Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.
See what we have been up to this week!
Many of the Emory volunteers gathered on Friday for the pre-departure Van Packing Party! Faculty, pre-licensure students, post-licensure students, CHOA volunteers nurses and community volunteers who will be with us this year came together to get 2 vans packed full of critical healthcare materials needed for us to create clinic spaces. Next step, meeting all the volunteers (and supply vans) in Moultrie for Week 1!
