Thank you for your interest in the Zuri Parent and Alumni Fundraiser. This campaign has ended, but you can still support the Zuri African Dance Troupe by making a gift here, today!
Zuri Dance Troupe's mission Emory's only African dance team. Our mission is to spread awareness of the diversity of African cultures through music and dance, as well as provide a space for students who enjoy African dance. We aim to showcase the richness and diversity of African dance traditions, providing participants and audience members with an immersive experience.
All funds raised will contribute towards making Zuri’s performance at the Taste of Africa Event and other school events a reality. These funds would be utilized for essential event expenses, such as costumes, props, and promotional materials. In the event of surpassing our goal, additional funds would enhance the overall quality of the event, potentially allowing for upgraded performances, improved production values, or the allocation of surplus funds towards supporting the Zuri dance troupe's future cultural initiatives and activities.
This campaign aims to raise funds for the cultural event, showcasing the beauty of African culture to both the school and the broader community. Contributions will directly support the troupe in organizing and participating in the vibrant and educational experience that promotes cultural appreciation and understanding. Your support will empower Zuri to bring the essence of Africa to life, fostering cultural appreciation and unity through the art of dance.
