Young Democrats of Emory

The Young Democrats of Emory serves to civically engage the Emory student body by hosting discussion-based events, bringing speakers and local activists to the College, and working with other advocacy organizations on campus. Our goal is to create and promote activism throughout Emory and to extend that work into the Atlanta community and beyond. Additionally, we support the broader mission of the Democratic Party through our activism as we promote party values and candidates through our efforts. The work we have done has helped register hundreds of students within the Emory community to vote, allowed several significant political candidates and nonprofit leaders to come to campus, and has overall helped Emory students become more involved in politics and local activism.

Donations are vital for the Emory Young Democrats to fund initiatives like voter registration drives and advocacy campaigns. Your support directly enables us to grow our membership, organize effective outreach, and advocate for Democratic policies at the local and state levels. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps us build a strong community and sustain the momentum needed to make a real impact on campus and beyond.

Our student organization is open to all students.

A gift to this project is a donation to this organization’s general fund. While the group has stated their needs for funding, their leadership may use funds raised for any purpose consistent with their registered student organization mission at Emory.
