Best Buddies

Best Buddies International is a nonprofit organization dedicated to establishing a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment, leadership development, inclusive living, and family support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). We as a college chapter focus in on the one-on-one friendships ensuring everyone feels included and no one feels alone.

Your gift directly supports our Best Buddies chapter by providing snacks, games, and activities that everyone can enjoy together at our meetings. With your help, we can make sure there are enough supplies so every member feels included and has something fun to take part in. Our student organization is open to all students.

A gift to this project is a donation to this organization’s general fund. While the group has stated their needs for funding, their leadership may use funds raised for any purpose consistent with their registered student organization mission at Emory.
