The mission of the Emory Infectious Diseases Fellowship Program is to train future leaders in ID, spanning clinical care, research, education, public health, and advocacy. Our fellows receive unparalleled clinical training with hands-on experience across a wide spectrum of patient populations and healthcare settings. To help prepare them for successful careers at the forefront of ID, fellows also have access to experienced mentorship teams and diverse experiential and research opportunities that are customized to their goals, and that encompass the entire breadth of our specialty. 

To elevate this experience, the ID Fellowship Fund will empower fellows to pursue advanced training courses and certificate programs, to attend national conferences and other meetings, and to participate in impactful research collaborations. These opportunities are critical to developing the next generation of leaders in academic ID and public health.
